Looking for an all green pitcher under 28 if possible. Salary is not a huge concern.

Here is my trade block:

The trade block is getting thin so let me just say Sammy Ward, Engel Beltre, Darin Mitchell, Doug Cain and possibly Pepillo Mendez are the only people in my organization I could not move. I could move any of the above though for a #1 pitcher.

Let me know if you have anyone for me to look at and offer for.
